1. Village Info apps

1.1 What is delivered

• Android app: your village's branded app, published on Google Play.
• iPhone (iOS) app (add-on): published on the Apple App Store.
• Launch video and launch poster (add-ons): sent to you as files on WhatsApp or by email.
• Initial data entry help (add-on): your first bus timings, contacts and shops added to the app before launch.
• Admin training session: held online (for example on a video call) at a time we agree.

1.2 When it is delivered

Work starts once your payment is confirmed and I have received what I need from you: your app's name, logo and the first details for the app.

• The Android app is usually ready for Google Play within 7–14 working days after that.
• Google Play and Apple review every app before it goes live. Their review usually takes a few days but is outside my control.
• Videos and posters are usually delivered within 5 working days.

If a delay comes up on my side, I will tell you on WhatsApp with a new expected date. If the delay is not acceptable to you, you can cancel under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1.3 How you'll know it's delivered

I will send you the store link to your app, and the login for your app's admin panel, on WhatsApp or by email. Your app is delivered once it is live on the store and you have your admin login.
