Questions
Is it for me or for my whole group?
For the whole group. Everyone in your Mess Book group gets Premium. Anyone in the group can pay.
Will it renew automatically?
No. It's a one-time payment. When it ends, the app goes back to showing ads. Nothing is charged again.
When does my 3 or 5 months start?
On the day we turn Premium on for your group, not the day you pay.
Where do I find my group details?
Open Mess Book → Profile → My Group. Your Group ID is shown there. Type it at checkout and we'll upgrade that group.
I'm in the UAE / Saudi / Qatar. Can I pay?
Because of a technical issue, international payments aren't possible right now, and we're sorry about that. You can still pay from an Indian account: UPI on your NRE/NRO account, or an Indian card. Or ask someone in India to pay for your group.
My group already has Premium. Do I need this?
No. This is a special campaign offer for groups that don't have Premium yet. If your group already has Premium through the app, nothing changes and you can continue as you are. Thank you for supporting Mess Book!
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund any time before Premium is turned on for your group. See the Refund Policy.
